How to send photos? Selecting message service

My Samsung Epix running WM 6.1 choose "Messages" [which I believe is ATT MMS] when I try to send a photo from my phone. It won't pick and I can't find where it will allow me to designate any of the other three email services I have running on the phone. The emails with photos are not sent. They sit in the Draft box. How do I fix this? Thanks.
