How to set MMS settings

How do I set the MMS settings ?
I'm trying an AT&T prepaid card, which works ok other than MMS.
With another Windows phone that I have (Nokia Lumia 635), after the 8.1 update which happened as soon as I got that phone a month ago, there is a section to edit the MMS settings.
I don't see that with the ATVI under 8.0.

Is it on Windows 8.1? If it is you'll probably find it under Mobile+SIM settings then tap on SIM Settings/ Edit MMS APN and voila you're done

Nope, it's 8 still.
I haven't installed the DP 8.1 because of all the lockup problems reported here.

Ok so it should be under Cellular + SIM or anything related to that.

APN settings are, but nothing for MMS.
Maybe it's a Verizon thing.
