That's not an error, that's an image file for a Lumia 535.

I'm using Lumia 535 Dual Sim Phone, While downloading package from Windows Recovery Tool 3.4.34 (Downgrade Windows 10 to 8.1), I'm getting lot of times error (RM1090_02074.00000.15234.28006_RETAIL_prod_signed_1001_025CA7_000-IN.ffu), specially package downloaded upto 888 MB , I'm very much frustated and also asking to check the proxy setting, tried all things very properly, then to its of no use ..
If can any one guide me with proper instructions PLZZZZ il be very much thank full to that person. (I'm using Windows 7 PC)

Is it saying failed to download?

I had these issues when downloading windows 10 using WDRT. I got the failed to download error, and the proxy settings warning. I got this over WiFi, and it is very frustrating. In the end, I connected my laptop directly to the router using a cable rather than WiFi. It worked for me. I had checked all the settings in my WiFi extender settings as well, and nothing wrong anywhere. I also rebooted the router before trying again. I've not had a problem since.

I'm using Cable net, (just having wifi router), and want to downgrade my cell (Lumia 535) from W10 to W8.1. very much disappointed by this W10 in my cell. (Cant access Share It, it gets crashed), (cant see video properly full screen on YOUTUBE,) the most bad thing is CANT PLAY GAMES... that's the only main reason i'm rolling back to W8.1
