how to speed up cortana?

HI,

I have a Lumia 650 and 550 with the latest windows 10 mobile update. For some reason Cortana is not or barely usable due to being very unresponsive or slow . It understands perfectly my voice, write the sentence as understood but then it takes for ever for anything to happen making it unusable. The circle keep turning.

Can I prioritize cortana or make it way more responsive or is it a normal behavior for these telephones?

There is no way to prioritize processing speed just for Cortana

I've realized that Cortana answers based on your network connection. Sometimes I'm on a really slow network connection and even though I am connected, she just does not work. (everything else on the phone works though)
