How to stop Action Center from dismissing notifications older than 2 days in Windows 10?

I noticed that Action Center dismisses any notifications older than 2 days. Is there a way to keep notifications indefinitely, or at least "pin" notifications that I deem important? I like to keep some important notifications in the Action Center until I don't need them anymore, but they keep getting dismissed after 48 hours.

Seems like this is for closing the action center, but I don't think it affects dismissing notifications.

It may not actually be possible then to do what you are asking, sadly. Especially as Action Centre is now such a big part of Windows 10.
