In Windows 10 mobile (Lumia 640), how to take pictures while shooting video?

Start filming the video. As it films and at the point you want a still photo: press Volume Up + Power to take a screen shot.

Pro Tip: Turn camera shutter noise off in "Settings > sounds and notifications" so you don't hear the capture noise in your video. In "Camera > settings > select Framing Grids as off" to avoid having the lines appear on the screen shots.
