How to transfer ebooks from my windows PC?

So I installed a couple of genetic ebook apps which can read various formats on Lumia 520.
All good.
Now the problem is that I have quite a few ebooks on my PC. How do I transfer them to my lumia? Zune can only transfer audio and stuff!
Is there a way to transfer epub/mobi files from my PC to my windows phone? Some of these files are about 20MB or so!

skydrive.

add the skydrive software to your pc, the open skydrive folder on pc drag an drop your books to that folder,next open ebook reader on phone and load ebooks, i used nokia bookreader

Will this method work with all kinds of ebook readers? for example if I use a "comic" book reader or something? Can I open any file through skydrive?
