How to transfer music to Windows Phone 8.1 one Windows 10?

So in the past I used the Windows Phone app on Windows 8.1 to transfer music from my PC to my Lumia. But now I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro and I don't know how to transfer music to my Lumia. I found out It's supposed to be through the Phone companion app, but it just tells me to use the File Explorer. Can someone help me please?

In File Explorer, copy the files to your phone's \Music\Xbox Music\Subscription Cache folder.

Thank's Wierd that it worked. When I transfered music with the Windows Phone app on Windows 8.1 it always made this wierd folder structure which went like this: Artist Name/Artist Album/Song file & Album thumbnail (folder.jpg). Why didn't the app just copy the the .mp3 file and paste it to the Music folder?
