How to transfer Post Processed Pics back to Nokia 1020

Hi Guys,

I have just done some Post Processing Pics via Lightroom 4. I tried to transfer back the pics back to the phone via UBS cable, the phone registered the transfer as successful but I am able to open / even locate when I using the phone.

The folders under Pics, Saved Pics all showed up empty without the Post Processed Pics.

Can anyone kindly advice?

Maybe sync the PP through SkyDrive then download to the 1020 that way? I'm not sure if any IQ would be lost, if there is, I wouldn't imagine too much loss

thanks for your comments...
i thought of saving onto skydrive then saving the pics back to the phone, but my guess is that the pic wont be the same (ie quality) ..
