how to trouble shoot ncs

No matter what I do, NCS does not see my phone. Any tips for troubleshooting? Different cables dont help. I use Win 7.

Have you tried a different source for Nokia Care Suite? Perhaps your download was corrupted.

win 7 doesn?t work
