How to turn off navigation bar vibration?

Hi,
I tried to install the Touch settings app using SysApp Pusher but it's not compatible. How can I turn off the vibration for the navigation keys?

Open settings (swipe left from start> settings), scroll down, locate and open touch.Description will say the following – sensitivity, wake up and Windows keys. Turn the knob in front of Windows Phone keys vibrate Navigation Bar to Off. Tap on Restart Now to make the setting change effective.

The touch setting isn't there. I have used 5 different lumias, it should be there right ?

Update: A hard-reset solved it. Thanks anyway
