How To Uninstall Driver Restore On Windows?

I have uninstalled the program but it still keeps popping up and starting scans, please advise on how I can stop this from happening.

Wow! That's a tough way to have to remove a program. Going into regedit (F3) will certainly clear the program out of the registry. You need to be very careful when deleting entries from the registry. I'm glad it worked out for you. All's well that ends well.:wink:
Another way to remove the program would be with Revo Uninstaller.:grin:
FYI This program is considered as a form of Malware and should not be down loaded.
