How to update?

Hi,

I've got a L620 from Telekom in Hungary. I've installed preview for developers and used it. Today I checked the latest updates, Cyan is available, but my phone's only Lumia Black (says at extras+infos). I disabled Preview for developers, but I can't update to Cyan. How can I do that?

You have two options:

1. Wait.
Stay the course and wait for MS to release the fix to a bug that affects some customers using Bitlocker on a wider scale.

2. Flash
Armed with tools on your PC and documentation here (search for WPC articles regarding downgrading) to erase your phone and either directly update it to official 8.1 + Cyan or to 8.0 Update 3 + Black which can upgrade.

I tried to update with Nokia Software updater, but it fails with 0x80131500 error code.

If it says is availabe on nokia site you can try Nokia Software Recovery Tool to install WP 8.1 + Cyan but make sure you have backed up everything since they will be deleted...
