How to upgrade from Windows 10 10166 Enterprise to Windows 10 10240 Pro

My laptop is running Windows 10 Insider Preview build 10166. I want to switch from Enterprise to Windows 10 Pro build 10240. Is there any quick, easy way to do so? I have never installed a previous version of Windows on my hard drive, since I installed Windows 10 on my new hard drive immediately after my old one died back in October. Can I use the Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview license key for build 10240 to activate it once I install it from the installation media I create using the Media Creator Tool from Microsoft?
