How to use OneDrive Cameroll Folder?

I suppose this folder is supposed to be a cloud syncable deposit box for Windows Phone cameras.

How do you sync your shots? I couldn't find the setting. Is it built-in for the Nokia Lumia 635? Or do you need a separate App?

Go to settings > applications > photos+camera, then scoll down to Auto Upload - OneDrive "tap" turned off and there you will see setting to upload video and photos and quality. You can also access it in the Photos app, tap ... there you will see upload status & settings

You need to have a Microsoft account to access OneDrive. I have one I use for Outlook.com, which is my main email account too. Here is some wording from Microsoft:

Do I have to sign in to my PC with a Microsoft account to use OneDrive?

Yes, you need to sign in with a Microsoft account to browse your OneDrive and keep your files and settings in sync. If you sign in with a local account, you can only use the OneDrive app to browse your PC. To browse your OneDrive files, you'll need to go to the OneDrive website.
