They show a cyber Monday deal for a Ryzen 3500U HP Pavilion laptop with 16 GB RAM. The screen isn’t even full HD it’s 1366x768. I got a similar laptop by Asus for $450 that was full HD and I upgraded to 20GB of RAM. Be wary of these Cyber Monday “Deals”. Some of them really aren’t a deal and just an illusion with false price manipulation.

True, I've come across a few... the UK "sale discounts" were pretty paltry in comparison to the US.

Which? Magazine (in the UK) also did price comparison across quite a few of products and found only 5% of the deals were genuine lol (link 1).

However, this trend has been ongoing for sometime..
