HP's Spectre x360 lineup offers some of the best-looking convertibles on the market, though the price puts it out of reach of many people who are looking for a reliable everyday PC for less than $1,000. With the 14-inch Pavilion x360, you don't get the same design or features, but for hundreds less it makes a strong argument in its own right.
