The WP8.1 HTC M8 is available only on Verizon. If I purchased an unlocked M8, would it be fully functional on AT&T with an AT&T SIM?

MMS would need to be configured - NO LTE - would that suit your needs ?

Heck, MMS might not even work, see how the Icon and 928 users have fared.

But it WILL work, its just how well.
