I accepted the prompt to upgrade to windows 10 and I no longer have internet explorer

My computer is stuck on windows page and I can't get internet access.

You should still have IE, the Windows 10 upgrade just installed Edge and sets it as default, but IE is still there if you look in the start menu.

And do you mean no internet access at all? That isn't a browser issue. You may have a problem with the drivers for your network/wireless card.
