My PIN does not work . I have not reset it

The PIN is a shortcut, but the account on the computer also has a password. Do you not know it? If the computer is online, you might be able use another computer to change your Microsoft account password, and then log in with that. Or try using your Microsoft account password without changing it first.

I had the same issue of my pin not working and tried my live password. This worked for me, hope it helps
