I bought my lumia 635 in the UK...it am now in Spain. changed my settings to English US..no 3G?

My service provider is Hits .es , the Network is Vodaphone. does this mean that I can't have both Cortana ....and 3G?

Changing your language settings does not change how your cellular radio works.

Was the phone branded (does it have a carrier logo on it)? Go to Settings > extras + info > write down in your reply what it says under Manufacturer's Name.
