I cannot adjust the resolution of my computer because it is blur. what should I do?

It's blur and i cannot move for the adjustment. please help me.

Which PC/laptop do you have? The best way would be to boot into "safe mode". A quick bing/google search with your PC/Laptop manufacturers name plus how to boot into safe mode, should provide the correct info.
