I cannot get my computer to sleep.

I have tried all the things I've researched.

Do you have the latest video driver? I reverted to a previous NVidia driver and doing so caused the Sleep option to be unavailable on my desktop running W10 64bit pro. Updating back to the latest driver solved the problem.
