I cannot launch any games and apps

I'm using windows 10 mobile tp on my Lumia 1020, and i'm not able to open some apps and games, i've tried soft reset several times but nothing's changed.

uninstall one of the apps and then install again and try opening it after the install is finished. If it works, try with the others
