Windows Central Question

I must have been one of the first to upgrade from Windows 7 home basic to Windows 10. I was very happy with it till my hard disk crashed. I use a assembled desktop. I renewed the hard disk of 1 TB, installed Windows 7 from the disk. Managed to find the link and upgraded to Windows 10 again. No problem so far. Now my new motherboard and the processor crashed. The sellers replaced them on warranty and I went through the procedure of installing windows 7 and then upgraded to Windows 10.
Now I cannot open Microsoft Edge and many other apps. When I click to open Microsoft Edge I get a message "Microsoft Edge can' be opened using built in administrator account. Sign in with a different account and try again"
HOW DO I DO THAT?

Just out of curiosity, if you've upgraded once already, why do you keep upgrading? It would be easier to install Windows 10 directly. It might also take care of any issues you are facing.
