I can't add keyboards to my windows 10 mobile.

When I try to add keyboard, I always end up with retry. Is that a bug?
It says "The text suggestions update for this keyboard didn't download successfully"
I'm using Lumia 535 with windows mobile 10 (Build 10586.36)

Yes, it's a bug, +add keyboard gives "attention required" and doesn't download keyboards.
Lumia 535 with Win10M TP .36.
Note: added keyboards work, but they don't seem to have text suggestion because of that error.
