I can't backup my Nokia Lumia 930

[Windows Central Question]

Backup goes up to 98% and then says that it cannot connect to OneDrive although OneDrive is connected on my phone. Help please.

A few weeks ago, I was facing a similar problem. It kept asked me to check for phone updates. But the backups were successful despite the error message. And now it's all working normally, without error messages from the last week. So just check if the backups are visible or whether it really is failing.

My phone is on WP 8.1, just fyi.
