i can't flash my Lumia 1520 finland rom D:

hi D:

i have lumia 1520 rm-937

for getting lumia cyan update , i flash my phone to finland rm

now i want to flash it to other rm with nokia care suit but it is impossible

every thing is ok but when need to press volume down and power key to starting boot , nothing happen and phone is start .

i was flash my phone 3 times but never happend this problem

can Any one help me ?
