I can't get onto the internet, but WiFi is okay. What do I need to do?

I can't get onto the internet, but WiFi is okay

I have tried to get on the internet, but no luck. Any ideas of what I need to do.

Hello and welcome to Windows Central.

If your Wi-Fi router is "okay" (e.g. your PC and any other device is connecting to it), could it be that the problem is with either your ISP or the Modem (if the modem is separate from your router)?
