I can't login to my microsoft account on my computer. when i try to log in on for exempel the windows store this comes up 0x801901F4

I can log in on the web microsoft.com so its nothing wrong with my account. and i have tested creating a new microsoft account but that just prompts me with the same message again. https://gyazo.com/24fddd122198144c8440b8caf7ad64fa
