When I try to download the app...it says Microsoft service not available....... But it syncs my emails... Etc... Due to this I can't even sign into Xbox live in Windows 10 ... Also when IT says try to log in Xbox.com.....i press the sign in button and the webpage hangs.... Saying request time out.... HELP ME
