I Can't Roll Back Using Nokia Software Recovery Tool 6.0.5
I've been told that there are updates I am missing on my Lumia 950 but the Store hasn't offered an update in two or three weeks. I WAS on teh Insider program but have since switched it to Production builds only. I have 10586.164...firmware is 16025.39033. When attempting to restore the phone using the Software Recovery Tool 6.0.5 (or 6.0.4 or 6.0.3), I get the following error message:
"COULD NOT READ DATA FROM SELECTED PHONE
There was a problem connecting to the selected phone. blah blah blah"
I have reset the computer, reinstalled the recovery tool, reset the phone, etc. Any ideas on what might be wrong or how to get past this issue?
