i cant see any Install local apps option in my windows phone store what should i do

I want to install stops from SD card but I can't see option of install local apps option in my windows store what should I do

I don't know if that is possible. If it is, a way to try would be to:
1) Enable Developer Sideloading in the Settings then
2) Either install an appx from a desktop (search for WinAppDeployCmd )
3) or possibly (unknown) Install an appx using File Explorer

I really suggest going to the XDA forums where things like installing your own apps and hacking phones are a way of life.
