WPCentral Question

I'm using an Asus Touch screen laptop. Sorry that I can't remember what version it is. I updated my windows 8 to window 10 several days ago, and since then, my touch screen is not able to use when I surf internet only. When I do other things such as reading documents or using my personal files, it's still working.

I try to calibrate as instructed, but it's still not changed. Probably the instruction is for window 8.

No, not at all. The only thing I did was updating my windows to windows 10. It's possible that it changed automatically. Is it possible to change back? If yes, could you please instruct me? Sorry, I'm really bad at IT things.

Thank you

Right click on taskbar and then go to properties and in Taskbar and Start Menu Propertise, select Start Menu and check the box for use Start Menu instead of Start screen and press okay and it will ask you to log off and log in.

Eh? Really? I've just bought a cheap as chips budget 2 in 1 for ?129.00 at Curry's in UK. It's a 10.1" screen with detachable 'tablet'. I have had NO issues. Touch is fine, Bluetooth just works as it should without any issues. Band, Plantronics and headphones paired straight away. Cortana works great on the built in mic. Win 10 upgrade went without a hitch as well.

I can't make it out. A cheap generic device (intel quad core @1.3ghz, 2 gig ram, 32gb storage) and no issues...very strange.. In fact, I like it so much, I have bought three more for the kids Xmas Prezzies! Way cheaper than a laptop, store games getting better and three chuffed kids!!

Asus website has loads of drivers. Have you searched your model on the web? I'd have a browse for you buy without the model number it would be a crap shoot
