I decided not to install windows phone 10 is there anyway to stop the update from saying its availab

I choose to not install windows 10 preview on my phone, and I have left the inside program and deleted the app! However the phone is still saying that the windows 10 preview update is available is there anyway to get rid of this as it means I wont be able to receive any other updates as this is waiting?
