I did a hard reset on my Microsoft Lumia 535 and when it loaded back up there are literally no apps

I did a hard reset on my phone as i was going to give it to my brother and when i finished configuring it and when it loaded up, everything was gone. no settings app, no camera app, no phone app, no store app, nothing. can i find a way to download these apps back or something?

You probably should download the Windows Device Recovery Tool on a computer and reinstall the OS on that phone.
