i dont know my reset protection recovory key

Sign into your Microsoft Account in a browser. Click on Devices > select Your Devices > go the correct phone and click the "Get recovery key" link.

Please type the question in the description as at this time WC app only shows half of the ques.
Also if you are trying to factory reset your phone then try this:
1) Power off your device.
2) After the device is off, press and hold the volume down button, nothing else, if your phone didn't power on its own then while holding the volume down button plug it into charging, it should turn on, dont leave the vol down button yet, keep holding it until an exclamation mark comes up.
3) Now, if you want to go back, press the power button your phone will reboot, BUT, if you want to factory reset your phone, press these buttons in ORDER,
Vol up then vol down then power button then vol down, the device will restart and the "gears" thing will come up, this means that your phone is factory reset or atleast it has started the process.
Note: After this your phone MAY ask for an activation code, that Microsoft can only provide you with.
Also if you do manage to BRICK your phone, I am not responsible, but surely I will help you out in that case too😀.
