I got a new iPad Mini 4 and I cannot locate the Groove app in the Apple app store?

I got a new ipad mini 4 and I cannot locate the groove app in the apple app store.

I pay for a music pass on a monthly basis. I just got a new ipad and the groove app will not come up in the apple app store. Can you tell me what I should be looking for if the name has changed.
