I got a screen popup that said I have been hijacked. what can I do?

Joining us as a member would be very helpful so that our community can give great advice.

With minimum details it's difficult to know if you have been hijacked seriously or it's just a popup to force you into some scam download.
If this is a Windows based phone you have no worries.
With a Windows PC this may cause for alarm and may be repairable.

I suspect Ransomeware. As @ Guytronic stated if this is A PC, it might be a cause for alarm. Join the forum and someone will help you. There are different kinds of Ransomeware. I'm thinking you will be fine. Here's a link about this.

I would guess that you got a pop-up scaring you into thinking you've been hijacked. I would run your virus software. Download Malwarebytes and run that.
