I have a duel monitors. When I take a screenshot one screen is black but the other works

So I have duel monitors. The main one I use is plugged into the HDMI port. My secondary monitor is plugged into the DVI port.

Whenever I try to take a screenshot the result is my main monitor being a black screen, and my secondary monitor working.

This isnt an issue of having the screen selected or using CTR+PS ect...

Im not even worried about screen grabbing single monitor, I already know how to do that. Im just confused as to why no matter what I do my main monitor always gets blacked out during this

What app do you use to take the screenshot? Not all of them capture both screens, hence secondary one being black.
