That said, nothing is going to give you as much compatibility with your 640 as a Microsoft Band. Band 2 is just out. Band 1 prices are dropping and it is a great time to try the 1st gen.
"Wait," you might say, "Pebble does more than Band." True and not true. Pebble does more on
other platforms. I had a Pebble and by the time you jump through the hoops to get it enabled on WP it does notifications and some limited watch faces. Many higher functions just are not there. Absent support direct from Pebble, this will not change.
I since have switched to Band 1st gen and I love it. Does so much more with an easier user experience.
