i have a one problem , why not open play store in my laptop??

i am using hp laptop , some time to update a windows 10 in my laptop ,then after not a open play store in my laptop in this time , so plz help me.

Play Store is a store locked to Android phones. If you mean the Windows store you need to explain a little more what happens when you click the icon?
