I have a problem in my startup tab in my task manager

i can't see any application listed their on startup in my task manager, what can be possibly the reason??
it seems like hidden or something, becz i do not have any problem in my system, all the applications are running very correctly, but now i can't see application on startup so i can not control my startup application please help me.
