I have a Surface Pro 3 and can not access Windows, what are my options?

i have a surface pro 3 and can not access windows

I just got a surface 3. I am unable to access Office. I have tried setting up a new account, tried using all of my emails and am unable to sign into the Microsoft account. How can I either get a new account or reset my account? I tried resetting my password and that didn't work either.

I would try to reset the device. Use the Power Button method from tis page: Microsoft Surface Pro 3 Hard Reset Process

Then during setup, input your normal Microsoft Account information.
