Windows Central Question
I have a virtual CD Driver (D showing on my Computer called "Web Connection" - what is this?
Upon restarting my Surface Pro 3 (Running Windows 10 Insider Build 10586, I have a CD Drive (D showing on This PC, but have no CD drives attached. It's called "Web Connection" and contains an Autorun exe, Autorun inf, Config inf, ModemShow inf and Web Connection exe.
I can't find any details of this online so reaching out to WC community for help / advise. I'm wondering if it's some kind of malware. I can remove the drive but it often pops up again. Am running Norton Internet Security 2016.
Grateful for your help.
