Windows Central Question

I have a virtual CD Driver (D:) showing on my Computer called "Web Connection" - what is this?

Upon restarting my Surface Pro 3 (Running Windows 10 Insider Build 10586, I have a CD Drive (D:) showing on This PC, but have no CD drives attached. It's called "Web Connection" and contains an Autorun exe, Autorun inf, Config inf, ModemShow inf and Web Connection exe.

I can't find any details of this online so reaching out to WC community for help / advise. I'm wondering if it's some kind of malware. I can remove the drive but it often pops up again. Am running Norton Internet Security 2016.

Grateful for your help.

Did you mount an ISO as a drive? If so, it will show up as a CD drive.
