i have a windows 8.1 OEM from DELL & now i have copy of windows 10 BUILD 10074 and updated to 10130

i have a windows 8.1 OEM from DELL but now i have installed a clean copy of windows 10 BUILD 10074 and updated to 10130
Will i get the windows 10 for free or should i go back to windows 8.1 and than upgrade windows 10

Your best bet for a non-time-limited, fully legit, non-preview free upgrade to the release version of 10 is to roll back to 8.1.
