I have an LG Optimus 7,and it can't connect to wifi, how can I get it connected?

i have an lg optimus 7, and it cant connect to wifi

it says wifi turned on but when i click on it looks like something opens then close, this happen on about phone aswell, so i cant connect to wifi at all

Can you please join and clarify in this thread, the following:

1) Is this behavior prevalent on other devices on the same WiFi ssid?
2) When did this start happening?

hi techfreak it started yesterday when i unlocked the phone and installed zune

stupid question but have you tried turning the phone on and off?

maybe toggling airplane mode?

yes i have tried that, airplane mode wont work, i cant use my data do access anything either
