my whattapp is outdated and i want to update it now but my nokia lumia 930 keeps on asking me for a password and i have forgotten my password, what now

If you can verify you own the account the password can be reset.

You can try this method...

If they ever used Outlook on Desktop this may help... OP is having issues on his Lumia 930.

Of the two methods in the video I will say I only care for the first one.I use and trust NIRsoft utilities. The other looks like a malware vehicle.
