I have it on the cloud but can't download locally, true?

So, I downloaded a few songs earlier on WP8. I think they are now synced to cloud.

Then reset my Lumia 920.

Deleted everything from computer.

Freshly started downloading songs.

New songs, downloaded super fast. But then wanted those old songs on my phone locally. My Xbox cloud service is switched off on my phone in settings. But whenever I come across I album that is on the cloud, I cannot re-download it. It says in collection and only gives an option to buy. However, I can download each song one after the other in that same album if I wanted it locally.

Anyone knows how to download the whole album locally? I used to have unlimited data, but now only have 1 GB data and I don't think I can afford to access cloud at all considering only whatsapp and facebook along with emails cost me 200mb data in less than 2 days!

Ok Zune support confirmed once you have an album in cloud - you can't download the whole album in a single go on the phone locally. You can only download it song by song. I tried it and I can download my stuff from the cloud song by song, not by the whole album.

The whole ecosystem was broken until about 5 mins ago due to Xbox Live signin issues.

You have to go to the album in your collection, press the "select" button at the bottom, then bring up the menu with "..." press "select all" then "download". I do not know why we are no longer allowed to long press to download albums. If it shows up in the "new" section, I should be allowed to long press download, but they decided to make it a bit more difficult.
